Hi, beautiful soul! You are here, arriving in the Freedom Flow Collective community online! My vision is that through this online community you find deep connection with your breath and with other heart minded humans.....Take a deep breath with me, right here, right now…can you feel the love emanating from heart to yours?! Can you feel love within you, that is YOURS?! Inhaling love and exhaling love with gratitude in the HIGHEST to be on this journey with YOU. Throughout the community here you will see numerous opportunities to drop into our conscious breath together online in the paid events. There will be monthly offerings in the events calendar around or on the NEW/FULL moon phases for guided meditative breathwork experiences as well as offerings for private 1:1 breathwork sessions too. This community is free and my vision for this space is for it to be a hub of resources for you in your breath. My only ask is that you always land here in respect, love, and honor for yourself, your time, and the collective community too. We all get this sovereign opportunity here to take courage in one hand and curiosity in the other and walk into the unknowns with thyself, and with each other. It's a choice, and I honor you for being here. Our breath becomes our sanctuary, breath by breath, moment by moment.
